January 2013: Ten on Ten

A fresh new year! And what a great opportunity to look at things with a fresh eye when the calendar swings around again. I’m a day late after some time this week at Mystic Seminars, an intense winter meet-up of photographers from all over, but full of new ideas, too–watch out 2013!

I love this ten on ten project–-a passionate group of lovely and amazing photographers taking ten images on one day out of the month, documenting life as it happens around them. On the tenth of every month, we post our ten images, and if you follow our links, you’ll make it around the whole circle. Enjoy.

This month I’m linking to Carrie Hill, Main Line (Philadelphia) child and wedding photographer. PLUS, it’s her birthday today, so leave her a little birthday love!

Photographed on January 9, 2013

7:28 a.m. Will wearing his new spy glasses. He can see behind himself with them on, but he’d rather do this instead.

8:31 a.m. “Buuuuuuus!”

10:39 a.m. Yup. It’s still up.

1:26 p.m. Green and pretty

2:45 p.m. I love that the cards are still coming.

3:55 p.m. Waiting for the bus. Isn’t she beautiful? Not ours, but we love her.

4:45 p.m. A study in Henry.

5:12 p.m. Now THAT’S a winter sky!

6:17 p.m. Swim practice

7:17 p.m. Arriving at the Mystic Marriott for the Mystic Seminars, a winter conference for photographers–thrilled to have Nicki Griffith here for it as well! (Check out her ten on ten as well!)
