Robin + Scott: Married in Narragansett!

After a long, chilly winter, I was so happy to see a warm sunny day on the docket for Robin and Scott’s wedding day in Rhode Island. Of course, the bride and her bridesmaids might beg to differ with my description of warmth, as they braved the early spring Atlantic winds in their wedding finery while, I confess, I had on my long winter down puffy coat. But regardless, the photos tell a story of sunshine and warmth and happiness and love and laughter, and that is precisely how I remember this beautiful wedding day with this lovely couple and their friends and family.

The lovely scent of lavender was with us all day, setting the stage for the elegant French-themed reception. Thank you to Carrie Hill, my second photographer for the day,  for these two great shots and more!

It was MUCH chillier than it looks here. This wedding party was brave, but has the pictures to show for it!

These two don’t look cold at all, do they?

Truly one of the most gorgeous cakes I’ve ever seen. And, can confirm it tasted as good as it looks!
